Because the brief is rarely the brief. A developer commissions a sculpture and watches the leasing rates of the surrounding floors rise. A district commissions a centerpiece and finds itself on the cover of the city guide. A government commissions a monument and receives a place that families return to on Friday evenings, fifteen years after the ribbon was cut.

We develop public art strategies, masterplans, and procurement frameworks for governments, developers, and cultural institutions. The scope includes site research, stakeholder mapping, artist sourcing, and budget framing. Each program is structured before the first commission is issued — aligning artistic intent with operational outcomes: leasing performance, footfall, civic identity, press coverage.

We develop artist concepts into fabricable form. The scope covers digital modeling, structural engineering, cost framing, and material specification. Production runs from mock-ups through AR prototyping to full-scale fabrication. We work in stainless steel, bronze, aluminium, GFRC, resins, 3d printing, glass, textiles, stones, structural foams, and engineered textiles — selected to the site, the lifespan, and the artist's intent.

We coordinate logistics, installation planning, QA reporting, and sub-consultant oversight from fabrication to handover. The scope includes international shipping, local deliveries, installation certified rigging, and on-site supervision.

Conservation programs cover condition assessments, scheduled maintenance, and surface restoration. Each is calibrated to the climate of the site and the lifespan of the work, preserving it for the generations to come.
