Fish Swirl is a monumental stainless steel public art installation commissioned by Emaar Properties for their flagship luxury development in Dubai Creek Harbour. Seamlessly blending nature, movement, and the region’s rich maritime heritage, the sculpture stands as a dynamic centerpiece within the waterfront community.

Inspired by the graceful motion of schools of fish swirling in unison beneath the water’s surface, the artwork captures the fluidity and rhythm of aquatic life, reflecting Dubai Creek’s historical role as a vibrant fishing and trading hub. Dozens of polished stainless steel fish forms spiral upwards in an elegant vortex, creating a sense of continuous movement and harmony that shifts with the changing light, sky, and perspective of the viewer.

Fabricated using high-grade marine stainless steel, Fish Swirl is designed to withstand Dubai’s climate while maintaining its reflective brilliance. Advanced 3D modeling, precision engineering, and expert craftsmanship were employed to achieve the sculpture’s intricate geometry and delicate balance.
