Our proposal for MASSIVart and MIRA public artwork that will be placed
in Neuchâtel Cuadrante Polanco, consists of ten different works. The
artistic landmark emphasizes the development of cities new urban
space by enriching the local environment which supports pedestrian
mobility, local entrepreneurship and open space innovations. Especially
the accessibility to the public and throughout better pedestrian
connection proves to be a great opportunity for a public art installation.
We propose the selection of sculptures inspired by mexican culture,
nature as well as meteorological events that took place in those regions.
Presented variety of sculptures illustrates possible concepts to choose
from. Every sculpture has a unique character to stand on its own and
create remarkable landmark. It is worth mentioning that vast majority of
the shown objects, were created from scratch especially for Neuchâtel
Cuadrante Polanco.
