Art in Public Space has been appointed by KEO and PAHW Kuwait to create a Public Art Master Plan for the entire new city in Kuwait. We have done extensive analyses, coherent principles for the artworks, designated a specific types of artworks for specific zones in the city and made a comprehensive proposal for artworks with the implementation plan. Our research shows that properly placed public art can transform communities and entire neighbourhoods, through interactivity and beauty, bringing people together and strenghtening the bonds between them, offering wonderful experience in terms of aesthetics, fun and creating new appreciation for public art.
